What's New?

Flow and Level Control System

Turbitrol has developed a Flow and Level Control System (FLCS) that can be implemented in existing facilities as well as new facilities. It may be implemented using existing equipment and does not require the purchase of new equipment. It may also be implemented using any combination of hardware and/or software control devices manufactured by various manufacturers.

Turbitrol's Flow and Level Control System has the following features important to both water and wastewater treatment facilities:
  • Improves and optimizes plant effluent water quality.
  • Minimizes the potential for turbidity breakthrough.
  • Maintains filter influent flume level and effluent clearwell level (and, thereby, other plant levels) at desired set points.
  • Controls levels at set point with NO oscillation - even during filter backwashing or other extreme swings in plant demand.
  • Minimizes wear and tear on valves and valve operators, thereby increasing equipment life and minimizing maintenance costs.
  • Eliminates the effects of calibration discrepancies between various flow measuring devices within the plant.

3D Process Visualization

3D Process Visualization helps users to understand and control their process, while adding a little sizzle to the workplace. Who says that process graphics have to be elementary?

Our experience and configuration expertise, along with recent 3D graphic innovations, allows Turbitrol Company to design and build a more realistic HMI.

If you would like us to bring your HMI up-to-date, please contact us.
